Check It Out!
Jingle Jacqui is a great,
Bible-based Christian show for your kids with a fun,
engaging style similar to Ms. Rachel.
Jingle Jacqui brings Scripture and Bible stories to life through music,
helping children create lasting memories while hiding
God’s Word in their hearts.
Her songs are also ASL-inclusive, making the experience welcoming for
Deaf and Hard of Hearing children to learn, worship, and grow in their faith.

Some of My Favorite Resources
Be a Faithful Steward
As a children’s pastor for many years, I’ve had the privilege of serving in a wide range of ministry settings—from small churches with very limited budgets to larger ministries where resources were more readily available.
No matter the size of the ministry or the budget, I have always believed it is essential to be a faithful steward of God’s provision in children’s ministry.
Children’s Ministry Curriculum I Trust
Below, you’ll find several children’s ministry curriculum that I have personally used and loved, along with several others I have sampled and found to be excellent. You’ll also find a dedicated section for free children’s ministry curriculum. Many curriculum companies offer free lesson samples, and there are also outstanding free resources available for churches working with a tight budget. Quality children’s ministry materials do not always have to come at a high cost, and many of these free options are well-designed, engaging, and biblically sound.
That said, with any children’s church curriculum—no matter who creates it—it is critically important to review the content carefully. Biblical accuracy is of the utmost importance when teaching children. As leaders, we are responsible for what we teach, and we will ultimately answer to God for how faithfully we handle His Word. Always ensure that every lesson aligns clearly with Scripture and accurately reflects the truth of God’s Word.
Children’s Ministry Worship Music
When it comes to children’s ministry worship music, there are so many gifted and passionate artists creating powerful, Christ-centered songs for kids. Below is a short list of some of my personal favorites. I encourage you to seek them out, use their music in your ministry, and support their work by purchasing their resources whenever possible—it’s a meaningful way to invest back into their ministries.
Helpful Children’s Ministry Resources
Children’s ministry resources are more abundant today than ever before. In addition to curriculum and music, you’ll find links below to tools and resources I’ve used over the years that have been incredibly helpful. While many creators generously offer free materials, keep in mind that they often also provide paid products. When you’re able, consider supporting these ministries financially so they can continue producing high-quality resources that serve churches and families around the world.

During COVID-19, many churches moved into online ministry. Though our methods changed, the mission remained the same. God used this season to create new opportunities to share the Gospel in powerful and unexpected ways.
